MICE Program Destination: Ho Chi Minh City
Day 1 - Group arrival & Welcome dinner at Chill sky bar
Today, all delegates will arrive in Ho Chi Minh City in groups or individually. Upon landing at the airport, you will be met and greeted by our airport representative, then escorted through the VIP priority line for Visa & Immigration and straight to the vehicle. Transfer to the 5* downtown, check in at the executive lounge, and free time at leisure.
In the late afternoon, get ready at the hotel lobby for a city orientation tour on a local pedicab, passing the city's historical sites and landmarks. Ended up at the 27th Chill sky bar for the sunset and networking dinner, with canape pass-around and free-flowing drinks till late. The Chill sky bar is exclusively blocked for the group tonight.
Day 2 - Full-day meeting at the hotel & Dinner at The Deck
After breakfast, delegates will attend the full-day meeting at the hotel, with lunch served in the hotel's ballroom foyer. At 17:30, get a private transfer on a vintage Vespa to The Deck restaurant, situated by the riverside of Saigon. Welcome PGs in Vietnamese traditional 'Ao Dai' and escort guests to the staging area for a private 'Cham dance' performance by local dancers. Pre-dinner drinks to be served; guests to sit down and enjoy Chef's handpicked fusion set dinner, followed by a top DJ's performance and free-flowing drinks till late at night.
Day 3 - Visit Cu Chi tunnels by speedboat & Gala dinner event at the Presidential Palace
Breakfast at the hotel, transfer by bus to the pier. Embark on your private speedboat for 1 1-hour scenic river cruise to Cu Chi, a famous battleground between the US Army and the VC troops. Upon arrival, be met and greeted by Mr. Nam, a local guerrilla who survived the war, even losing an eye and an arm, who will explain what happened, followed by a Q&A. Visit the tunnels, ending with a camping lunch catered by a 5* hotel at Hoang Cam kitchen. This area is exclusively blocked for the group to enjoy lunch and networking.
In the evening, gather in the lobby, then take a private transfer in vintage military Jeeps to the Presidential Palace via the main gate. Delegates walk on a red carpet and are welcomed by a Military brass band. Enjoy a pre-dinner drink, with an optional exclusive tour of the bunker system inside the Presidential Palace, or walk around to get some gifts from the calligraphy. Dinner begins with the Vietnamese Non La dance, followed by the CEO's welcome speech. A 3-course set menu catered by a 5* catering company, enhanced with a close-up magician during dinner.
Day 4 - Group wellness activity & Optional excursions throughout the day
After breakfast, transfer to Tao Dan Park for a group wellness activity. Begin with a private performance by gold-medal-class Tai Chi masters, then the group starts learning moves and how to control their breathing while practicing. End the morning with a group performance and taking photos with the masters.
Afternoon activities are optional; there are:
1. Shopping spree
2. City tour with a private guide
3. Spa & Treatment
4. Mekong Delta river cruise tour
Day 5 - Whole-day departure
Hotel check-out time is 12:00. Delegates will be privately transferred to the airport for onward flights home or to their next destinations.

MICE Program Destination: Danang & Hoian
Day 1: Group arrival & Networking dinner at the Beach bar
Today, all delegates will arrive at Da Nang airport in groups or individually. Upon arrival, you will be met and greeted by our airport representative, escorted through the VIP priority Visa and Immigration counters, and then straight to your vehicle. Transfer to the 5* resort, check in, then free time at leisure. The networking dinner will be at the beach bar, with authentic Vietnamese food stalls and some corners for Western food. Welcome drinks to be served, followed by the CEO's speech, then the music band starts playing till late.
Day 2: Group activities in Hoian
After breakfast, transfer to Hoi An ancient town for a history walking tour, combined with a cycling tour through the beautiful countryside. In the afternoon, the group arrives at REU, then divides into small groups and starts the Cooking Challenge with different menus. You can enjoy what you cook, and lunch is then served. There will be an optional local spa treatment for the head, neck, and foot after lunch. Back to Hoi An town for free time shopping and dinner on your own, or transfer back to the resort and enjoy the pool.
Day 3: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in Danang
In the morning, have breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to the Village of Hope in Da Nang city. All members take part in the Bike Building activity, then divide into small groups for activities such as playing football and basketball, teaching English, cleaning up the school, or fixing the tables and chairs. Lunch will be at Madame Lan Restaurant in Da Nang before transferring back to the resort. Tailors are ready to make your suits, dresses, and other items upon request in a private area of the resort. Your clothes are made to prepare for the Gala dinner. Evening transfer to Hoi An for a group dinner at various restaurants, then free time to explore the nightlife. A shuttle bus is provided every hour.
Day 4: Corporate Beach Team Building & Gala Dinner
After breakfast, the group is split into teams to join team-building activities on the beach. Lunch is at the hotel. After excursions are available: Danang city tour with Han market, Marble Mountain & Cham Museum, Jeep tour to Monkey Mountain...Late in the afternoon, transfer to Hoi An and embark on a basket boat for a scenic cruise on the De Vong River. A floating bar with all kinds of drinks is available, and canapes will be served from small rowing boats. Arrive at The Field, walk around, and take part in making lanterns, playing the claypot game, portrait cutting, and origami with a welcome drink in hand.
The gala dinner event starts with a performance of "Hat dance & Cham dance" with a Traditional music band playing. Following the CEO's speech, rewards and recognition begin.
Day 5: Optional excursions
Today, delegates will choose to join a tour or have a free day to relax after a big night.
Day 6: Whole-day departure
Hotel check-out time is 12:00. Private transfers are provided for delegates taking flights home or to onward destinations.
